Each player may hold only one active pxj account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and bonuses forfeited. All deposits and withdrawals must match your registered identity.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:
To be eligible to register and maintain a pxj Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:
To access pxj's real-money gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, contact number, and residential address.
You agree that all information submitted during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including using another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pxj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify pxj immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pxj is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
pxj operates a mandatory KYC process. Prior to processing any withdrawal or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds, you will be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and may lead to funds being withheld pending investigation.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. pxj reserves the right to close any account, at its sole discretion, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or any other reason deemed appropriate, with or without prior notice.
pxj processes all deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following payment methods for Malaysian players:
The standard minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players in our VIP tiers may apply for elevated deposit limits through their dedicated account manager.
All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. pxj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your pxj balance within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. pxj will investigate and resolve confirmed pending deposits within one business day.
Withdrawals on pxj are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible, to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
pxj aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:
Withdrawals will only be processed after satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests queued until verification is complete. This does not affect your ability to continue playing during the verification period.
Standard accounts carry a daily withdrawal limit of RM10,000 and a monthly limit of RM100,000. Silver, Gold, and Diamond VIP tier members are eligible for higher limits. Contact our support team for details.
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings generated from bonus funds, after satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements, may be withdrawn as real money. Any pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled prior to initiating a withdrawal where bonus funds are active in your Account.
pxj offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer as well as the general principles set out in this section.
Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). This requirement must be met using real-money wagers on eligible games within the stated period before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Refer to the specific bonus terms for a complete contribution schedule.
pxj actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-variance wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Where abuse is confirmed, pxj reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and close the offending account.
The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the pxj Platform, covering casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets.
Sports betting markets on pxj cover Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, basketball, tennis, esports, and virtual sports, among others. The following conditions apply:
All casino games on pxj use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live-streamed physical mechanisms, as applicable. Published RTP rates are verified by independent testing laboratories. In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a live wager, pxj will endeavour to resolve the outcome fairly. Where resolution is not determinable, the stake will be returned to the player's Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pxj Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds, with no right of appeal:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to:

pxj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made — such as modifications to withdrawal limits, bonus terms, or eligibility conditions — we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Account holders via email or in-platform notification.
All amendments take effect from the date of publication at pxj.cam/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pxj's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement — or its breach, termination, or invalidity — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of pxj's operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pxj's support team at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. pxj will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
This Agreement is drawn up in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
